To our British tango friends
No Brexit for tango lovers, we are still the same big family !
Some of the festival-goers (about 30 people) will go to Plymouth after the festival to meet British tango friends and enjoy the Plymouth area.
Dear British tango friends, join us to Plymouth’s milonga on August 4th et the wonderful ROYAL CORINTHIAN YACHT CLUB.
You can even join the special workshop in the afternoon (both 10£).
For international tangueros, you will find below the program of the return trip from Roscoff to Plymouth.
MONDAY, AUGUST 3RD, 2020
Departure by ferry-boat in the afternoon (port of Bloscon in Roscoff). Arrival at 8pm in Plymouth.
The trip will allow us to make acquaintance. We ccould have dinner all together, talk play, have a couple of drinks… and why not a dance in the sun-deck?!
8:30pm : Settling in at the Imperial B&B
Small hotel (20 rooms) of charm with bright and nicely decorated rooms. It is an old house that once belonged to an 18th century admiral.
You can walk to the Royal Yacht Club (10 minutes) located on the seafront further away from the hotel. A 10-minute foot trip will also take you to the antic quarter of Barbican and the commercial city.
Evening: Tango welcome drink with bubbles at the hotel bar reserved for our group.
TUESDAY, AUGUST 4TH, 2020
Morning : Group meeting around a true English breakfast at the hotel,
then free time to visit the Plymouth Gin Distillery) or the National Marine Aquarium. One can also stroll the picturesque Barbican district and its second-hand clothes shops or discover the waterfront which was at the turn of the 50s a mecca for English summer tourism.
Afternoon: Workshop and milonga at the Royal Yacht Club
Workshop from 4.30pm to 6pm with Sabine and Michel Véro, breathtaking view of the sea!
Evening 8.30pm to midnight : Milonga
at the Royal Yacht Club with DJ Inès Cooper
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2020
Morning: Free time
Afternoon: milonga from 2pm to 8pm at the Royal Yacht Club
Evening: return trip at night in twin cabins.
For the third consecutive year, the festival will continue in Plymouth, Great Britain from August 3rd to 5th!
We offers milonga at the Royal Yacht Club, visits of Plymouth and conviviality …
